WeHoX, West Hollywood’s forward-looking civic program has been selected as one of the honorees in SXSW Eco’s Place by Design Competition under Urban Strategy and Civic Engagement. Held October 10–12 in Austin, Texas, the SXSW Eco Place by Design Competition will unite finalists acknowledged for their contribution in creating positive environ
